Housing related to people's livelihood is an important part of maintaining the harmonious development of society.The unstable fluctuations in housing prices will affect the development of the national economy on the one hand,on the other hand will have a serious adverse impact on the lives of residents.In the face of the rapid rise in housing prices,since 2016 the two sessions to stabilize housing consumer prices,real estate policy has become the main tone.In this context,the housing fund has become one of the important means to implement stable housing consumption policy.For housing provident fund credit asset securitization,on the one hand,is conducive to the promotion of housing provident fund management institutions financing development,on the other hand can increase the liquidity of funds so as to create conditions for the residents of the housing credit.In addition,the practice of Europe and the United States also showed that the development model of the housing provident fund by credit asset securitization also can reduce financial risk of bank and provident fund management center,so as to improve the overall security of housing credit assets.The development of the securitization of the housing accumulation fund has the significance of the financial promotion and the livelihood of the people.Therefore,the research on it has attracted the attention of scholars.In this article,through six parts to comprehensively expounds the mechanism of asset securitization of reserve funds for housing in our country,and draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience for A city reserve funds for housing assets securitization of credit assets securitization provides the corresponding policy recommendations.The first part is the introduction part of the article,in this part narrates the writing background,significance,purpose and method of researching,and the articles of involved makes a comprehensive review of related literature.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,there are currently more research about bank non-performing financial assets securitization,and formed a theoretical system,which is to promote for the guidance of non-performing financial assets securitization has.However,there is relatively little research on the securitization of housing provident fund credit assets,therefore,there is a need to study the securitization of credit assets based on housing accumulation fund.The second part is the theory part,in this part,the article has carried on the comprehensive elaboration of the theory.The third part carry out the necessity andfeasibilityof research on securitization of credit assets of reserve funds for housing construction in A city.The risks and benefits of asset securitization of reserve funds for housing is illustrated.The problems and obstacles in the process of securitization of credit assets of reserve funds for housing construction are expounded.The fourth part of the experience of the securitization of credit assets at home and abroad are summarized,exploring the pattern of asset securitization of reserve funds for housing of A city.The fifth part of this article puts forward reserve funds for housing asset securitization in A city related policy Suggestions.The sixth part of this paper summarizes content and notes gaps and future research directions.
