Study On The Relationship Of Stock Price And Accounting Index

Through the analysis of the financial indicators that affect stock price to fry by the method of value investment,become the consensus of people who invest in stocks.So the analysis of accounting information and stock price is of great significance.This paper selected the five representative fundamental indicators in Eight points industry to analysis the correlation of share price and financial indicators.the five representative fundamental indicators is Earnings per share,net assets per share,operating cash flow per share,Sales gross profit margin and asset-liability ratio,the Eight points industry is the energy industry,steel industry,automobile industry,household appliances industry,food industry,real estate industry,communications equipment industry and power industry.The results indicate that different industries have different characteristics.The innovation of this article is in the study of divisions research.The conclusion of the research can help people to pick stocks according to industry,and puts forward the corresponding investment advice.This article is divided into six parts.The first part of introduction introduces the research background and significance of this article,the research train of thought and innovation,introduce the basic concept of defined,lay a foundation for other parts.In the second part of the study,we study related research literature at home and abroad,from the stock price influence factors,accounting fundamentals index,accounting information value relevance,introduces the three aspects of the related research literature.The third part introduces the influence factors of stock price.The fourth part introduced the commonly used financial analysis index and why choose the five fundamental accounting index in this paper.The fifth part makes an empirical analysis of the accounting fundamentals index correlation with the stock price.The sixth part introduces the research conclusion and the suggestion which proves that the financial indicators of listed companies in our country and the share price is related,and recommends that investors take advantage of the fundamental indicators to make value investment.The main contribution of this paper lies in that accounting information of different industries have different effects on the stock price,so,investor should use different industry fundamentals according to the industry when making investment decisions.
