An Analysis Of The Main Obstacles And Solutions On Equity Crowdfunding

The research object of this paper is the obstacles of crowdfunding.From the historical litereature,the historical research are focus on the development mode,regulations and obstacles of crowdfunding.This paper based on “Dajiatou” as a example,researched the main obstacles and solutions on equity crowdfunding.The first part is the current situation of crowdfunding.The second part is the analysis of the obstacles of crowdfunding.The third part is the performance analysis of impacted factor.The fourth part is the analysis of “Dajiatou” company.The last part is advice.From the empirical analysis based on data of “Dajiatou”,we find the scale of crowdfunding is the most important faction to the raising performance.The amount rising 1%,the raising performance decline 0.68%.The other factions are uncertainty,estimatin,the investors threshold and the interest of investors.The company scale is not a reason to influence the raising performance.From the detailed analysis of“Dajiatou” company,we think there is a lot of obstacles on crowdfunding on“Dajiatou” company.The first obstacle is the law and regulation problem.The second obstacle is the defect of the “lead + follow” mode.The third obstacle is the fierce competition.The last obstacle is the difficult of investor protection.We suggest that regulators should be clear;crowdfunding companys should focus on the function of medium;while they should enhance information disclosure.lastly,crowdfunding companys should strengthen their core competitiveness.
