Along with the arise of the Internet comes the explosive growth of the Financial Innovation.SMEs(Small and Middle-sized Enterprises)springing up rapidly complying with policy of the government have showed their potential of positive impact for proper allocation of resource and for creativity of the crowd.Yet over time financing problem has been obviously the obstacle for SMEs' long-term steady development.Hence,the government has been working on it and emphasized the role of social capital.On this occasion,Crowdfunding emerges and gradually becomes one of the represent in fund-collecting at this time.This article mainly focuses on the research of how to use Crowdfunding to solve the financing problem of SMEs.As we can see,although still a mystery of the applied range,Crowdfunding has made a difference on the public after the film “Monkey King: Hero is Back” on.The opinion is,people-oriented way of capital collecting would show a strong vitality as well as precious value at the time of Sharing Economy.First,the article introduced separately overseas and domestic research status of SMEs' financing problem and Crowdfunding consulting lots of related data.Second,the article found a number of reasons for the financing problem by systematical analyses,such as credit problems of enterprise,risk avoidance of investor,the uncertainty of product cycle,and the faultiness of the financial market.Third,the characteristics of Crowdfunding demonstrated that it could collect not only money but also some other resources.Besides,Crowdingfunding has the ability to do market research,to collect UD(User Data),and to analysis the future tactics.Then we got two models of crowdfunding method to solve the SMEs' financing issue.Finally,the article gave some advice in allusion to the unsolved marketing issues and the orientation of government policy.
