A Study On The Impact Of Market Factor On The Chinese Overseas Listed Companies Delisting

This paper analyzes the motivations of the Chinese concept stocks to the US market and the reasons for the delisting of the US stocks in recent years from the perspective of the development of China and the US capital market.This paper uses the method of theoretical research and case analysis to study the privatization and delisting of the mass media as the object of study,and explores the changes of market factors in the process of privatization when the mass media goes to the US,and then analyzes the characteristics of the enterprises with their own characteristics.The reasons for the listing of the market and the reasons for delisting;once again analyze the reasons for the return of the mass media to the domestic capital market after the privatization of the mass media and a simple analysis of the financial performance of the Focus Media postponement listing.In the process of analysis,it is found that since 2011,because of the imperfection of our capital market and the problems of the existence of the Internet,the innovation of the Internet-based enterprises in China's capital market has been hampered,and they have gone overseas,but with the capital market China's capital market structure has been able to solve the problem of different types of corporate finance in different industries.The Chinese companies listed in the United States have shown a downward trend,and a large number of companies have withdrawn from the United States to return to the domestic capital market,which further proves that China's capital market Development and norms are of great significance to the financing and development of enterprises.At the end of the paper,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the angle of government and regulatory authorities in view of the problems existing in China's capital market,and puts forward relevant suggestions to investors.
