Research On The Embedded Development Of Qinghai Mining And "the Belt And Road Initiative" Strategy

Qinghai as a very important resources province,the storage of mineral resources is very rich,the development of mineral economy is very important for the economic development of Qinghai,and the economic transformation of mineral resources and the adjustment of industrial structure are very necessary to study and explore.In September 2013,the development strategy of " the belt and road initiative" brought a good opportunity for the development of Qinghai region,and also provided a rare exchange platform for the mineral economy in Qinghai area.In this environment,how the mineral of Qinghai can and " the belt and road initiative" the strategic seamless insertion,is a question that must be considered.This paper combines the theory of management,economics,and related,first,the concept of the industry of mineral resources.According to the specific characteristics of mineral resources are divided into some sectors.Then the relevant analysis method and measurement model are selected.Based on the analysis of data collation and analysis,the paper finally selected the analysis method of departure from share method and location entropy to build the analysis model,to analyze the importance of Qinghai mineral resources in " the belt and road initiative" strategy,and the competitiveness of Qinghai mineral resources.Through the empirical analysis of the total value of mining development and the GDP of Qinghai province,the share factors,industrial structure factors,location competitiveness factors,mining and subdivision of Qinghai province results as follows:(1)for Qinghai province,the overall level of mining industry is above national average.(2)the results of the analysis of mining and its subdivision show that the structure of mining development in Qinghai province is unreasonable,the technology of mining mining is relatively backward,the problem of overcapacity is serious.(3)the large-scale mining enterprises in Qinghai province are few,most enterprises do not do the deep processing of mineral resources,the superiority of Qinghai mineral resources is not full play,is not conducive to the mining industry and the development of Qinghai economy.This paper analyzes the restricting factors of Qinghai mining to the " the belt and road initiative" strategy.Finally,the new idea of Qinghai mining and "the belt and road initiative" development strategy,puts forward to optimize the industrial structure and enhance the overall strength of mining industry;Eliminate backward production capacity and accelerate the promotion of green manufacturing engineering;The policy supports and encourages enterprises to merge and reorganize,to improve the competitiveness of enterprises;The strategies and countermeasures of strengthening inter-regional cooperation and forming industrial agglomeration.So that the Qinghai mining industry can be seamlessly embedded into the development strategy of " the belt and road initiative ".
