Research On The Benefits Of Food Supply Chain Cooperation Based On Trust Integrity

Nowadays,although the government has invested a lot of energy and resources in food safety control,but food safety incidents still occur frequently,these food safety events have a significant impact on China’s economic and social development,and causes serious harm to our consumers’ health.Compared with foreign countries,the overall size of the enterprises in China’s food industry chain are not large and the level of legal awareness and moral industry chain of food companies are uneven,these factors are difficult for enterprises to take into account the benefits and food safety at the same time.With the development of economy,supply chain members of enterprises have gradually becoming a very important form of organization in the actual operation through mutual cooperation,such as the common fight against competitors,complementary advantages of resources and other acts gradually.Trust is a necessary condition for sustaining this vital form of organization in the long run.Maintaining trusting relationship is the only way for food supply chain to stay healthy growth.However,in the actual operation of the supply chain,the supply chain members in order to maximize their own interests,cause frequent opportunistic behavior,leading to a serious supply chain integrity crisis.Along with the development of supply chain management,scholars have gradually focused on the impact of food supply chain trust on supply chain financing.But from the perspective of the existing literature,researches on the supply chain income from the perspective of trust between enterprises are scarcely.Scholars from different industries classified the supply chain cooperation income factors as economic and management,but ignored the trust relationship such cultural factors Therefore,this paper argues that we should focus on studying the good trust relationship between the food supply chain enterprises,transforming the trust relationship into the sustainable competition of the enterprises,so as to improve the enterprise cooperation income and further promote the cooperation between enterprises.This paper use the combination of theoretical research and empirical research approach.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the relationship between supply chain trust and the status of cooperative benefits in China,and based on the above analysis and concluding the factors influencing the relationship between trust and cooperation,this paper puts forward The Theoretical Model of the Relationship between Trust Relationship and Supply Chain Cooperative Income of the food supply chain.The theoretical model takes the supply chain trust as the independent variable and the cooperative income as the dependent variable.The trust relationship is divided into three dimensions: the quality of the employees in the food supply chain,the ability of the food supply chain to achieve the integrity and the atmosphere of the food supply chain.Empirical research section: research data all from the questionnaire,the survey object are the Shanghai food supply chain managers at all levels.This paper used mature scale of foreign scholars in the food supply chain trust relationship scale and supply chain cooperative income scale as a reference.The questionnaire is processed as follows: First,the descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire,so as to understand the initial situation of the questionnaire,including the item of the mean,variance and so on.Secondly,we need SPSS software to measure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.To determine whether the structure of the questionnaire is reasonable,whether the problem can accurately express the concept.After demonstrating that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,it is necessary to analyze the correlation between the variables to see if there is a correlation between the variables.Finally,it is necessary to verify the three assumptions set up by regression analysis,three dimensions of trust relationship in food supply chain in supply chain cooperation: the quality of employees in food supply chain,the ability of food supply chain to achieve integrity and the atmosphere of food supply chain showed a significant positive correlation with supply chain cooperation income.According to the hypothesis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The higher the quality of the raw material supplier,the higher the quality of the enterprise executives,the higher the quality of the employees,the higher the quality of the carriers and the higher the quality of the distributors,the higher the quality of employees in the chain,the greater the supply chain cooperation income.(2)The stronger the enterprise food safety and quality control ability,the more full the monitoring of enterprise safety production,the more smooth the information exchange in the enterprise supply chain trust relationship,the more comprehensive the enterprise supply chain trust relationship education and training,the enterprise supply chain trust relationship evaluation supervision and transportation,the whole process can be traced more perfect traceability,the greater the ability to achieve business integrity,the greater the benefits of cooperation.(3)The food industry credit mechanism is sounder,supply chain trust relationship reward and punishment system are more perfect and third party testing agency ability quality is higher,the supply chain integrity atmosphere is better,the benefits of corporate cooperation are greater.In the fifth part of the article,the paper establishes the management mechanism of food safety trust in enterprise food supply chain,and puts forward three suggestions to promote the improvement of supply chain benefit from the perspective of trust relationship:(1)Improve the quality of food supply chain staff,make staff management more humanized,regulate the food supply chain business from the system point of view.(2)Strengthen the food supply chain to achieve the integrity of the ability,specifically through strict quality control,safety monitoring throughout the production and strengthen enterprise product development and technology investment.(3)Cultivate a good food supply chain business integrity atmosphere,specifically through the strengthening of information exchange between enterprises,the establishment of information sharing platform and the establishment of a fair credit evaluation system.
