Research On The Impact Of Realization Of Financial Information Disclosure System

Financial information disclosure system is one of the important components of the capital market system.It plays an important role in reducing the risk to investors,creditors and other stakeholders as a result of information asymmetry.However,the degree of realization of any system is closely related to the environment,which means that the same system in different environments,the extent of its role is different.In view of this,this article takes the environment of financial information disclosure system as the research object.First of all,based on the relevant theory,the article expounds the significance of the implementation of the system itself.Furthermore,it discusses the environmental factors(including investors,information compilers,information reviewers,regulatory systems and industry self-regulatory organizations)and its influence mechanism of the financial information disclosure system.On this basis,This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our country's environment on which the financial information disclosure system is based,and points out the influence of the above problems on the effective realization of the financial information disclosure system.As the rapid rise of the New Third Board market in China in recent years.Therefore,this paper discusses the financial information disclosure system under the premise of the overall implementation of the environment,focus on the specific analysis of the New Third Board market conditions,and pointed out that the impact of the New Third Board market financial information disclosure system to play an effective role in the related issues and the causes of the problem.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the implementation environment of the New Third Board market information disclosure system.
