As a new research direction in virtual cellular,dynamic scheduling and rescheduling have attracted more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad increasingly.However,many scholars do not fully consider the interference degree of rescheduling compared with initial scheduling in exploring such problems.Meanwhile,they do not effectively reduce the makespan and the total cost of production by the method of lot splitting.In view of this problem,the article studies virtual cellular rescheduling problem under the interference of emergency orders carefully,into which the way of disruption management and the thought of lot splitting are both incorporated,by the depth study of virtual cellular rescheduling,disruption management and lot splitting research status at home and abroad and some related theories.The study of virtual cellular rescheduling problem under the interference of emergency orders,into which the way of disruption management and the thought of lot splitting are both incorporated,can be devided into two stages.The first stage is the virtual cellular rescheduling problem considering the similarity degree between processes under the interference of emergency orders.In this stage,the key is to solve the problem of disruption management under the emergency orders.The second stage is the determination problem of lot splitting in virtual cellular.In this stage,a flexible lot splitting scheduling scheme which ensures that the makespan and the total cost of production are reduced while maximizing the utilization of resources is sought out,into which the thought of lot splitting is incorporated.In order to solve the virtual cellular rescheduling problem considering the similarity degree between processes under the interference of emergency orders,combined with the characteristics of the emergency orders,a higher production priority is given to the emergency orders in this article.When the emergency orders arrive,the similarity between the emergency orders and the regular orders in the existing virtual cellular will be measured.Once the existing virtual cellular are suitable for the production requirements of emergency orders,virtual cellular rescheduling problem arises.At the same time,the available machine assembly and processing time assembly are set for the part which is ready to be processed.To deal with the interference of emergency orders,a multi-objective non-linear integer programming model is established,and it requires that the completion time of the emergency orders,total process time of the system and the similarity degree between the processes should be considered at the same time.According to the characteristics of the model itself,a hybrid optimization algorithm based on the combination use of Genetic Algorithm and Ant Algorithm is presented.In addition,by the method of disruption management,the effect arised from the interference of emergency orders is reduced.In order to solve the determination problem of lot splitting in virtual cellular,a multi-objective non-linear integer programming model considering time and cost factors is established,and it requires that the total completion time,total production cost,total transportation cost and total delay cost should be considered at the same time.In order to solve the model effectively,an optimized genetic algorithm based on two stages coding of process is proposed,which combines the genetic algorithm with the job priority scheduling algorithm.With the algorithm,the job can be segmented into several flexible partsaccording to the actual needs of existing scheduling.At the same time,it can simultaneously optimize the processing path and processing scheduling scheme.At last,in order to verify the value and significance of the proposed method in actual business,the article applies the method of virtual cellular rescheduling problem under the interference of emergency orders,into which the way of disruption management and the thought of lot splitting are both incorporated,to the bearing and rudder manufacturing processing in engineering operations based on the detailed analysis of production status and existing problems of engineering operations in HDZH.The result shows that the method presented in this article has high feasibility and superiority.At the same time,the research of the article has a certain guiding significance for optimizing the production process of shipbuilding enterprises.Meanwhile,it also provides some theoretical support for taking the balance between production cost and production disturbance.
