Modern logistics is one of the comprehensive and pillar industries in our national economy.Logistics integrity not only relates to the safety of consumer property,but also affects the development of social economy.So logistics integrity protection has become an important livelihood,economic and political topics.With the consumer demand for logistics service integrity is getting higher and higher,the government has done a lot to protect the credit of the industry services.However,in recent years,frequent logistics enterprises dishonesty events reflect the integrity level of China's logistics industry and the industry security system need to be further improved,which makes this study an important practical significance.Strengthened supervision is the fundamental treatment for logistics integrity protection.However,it is resource consuming and ineffective when supervision works alone due to the complicated but low entry and transition cost of our logistics industry.Under such an environment,according to the reality of our logistics industry,the improvement of market,the creation of incentive compatibility conditions and the incentive of logistics enterprises in improving credit level from an economic incentive perspective,become the ultimate approach in achieving logistics integrity from a long-term view.Based on the economics theoretical methods,the research analyzes the incentive mechanism of the credit management of logistics enterprises from the perspective of signaling mechanism and incentive compatibility mechanism,and uses the duopoly competition model to explore the impact of consumer belief adjustment and industry negative effects on the incentive conditions of logistics enterprises.The result shows: Information asymmetry is the root cause of the credit problem,and the credible signal sending mechanism can correct the market failure to a certain extent.This requires that the signal information can fully reflect the true endowments and service credit differences of the logistics enterprises and the information could be completely received and unanimously interpreted by the consumers.The achieving of compatible incentive mechanism can be realized by improving the payment for the integrity services and the punishment for dishonesty services.In consideration of supervising logistics integrity issue under a competitive environment,motivating corporations to improve service integrity level could be achieved by sufficient corrections of credit level belief in problem corporations,and by the prevention of industrial spread effect.Finally,choice experiments are introduced into the research.The approval rate and preference of relative logistics integrity improvement arrangements are examined in the market.The empirical results show that consumers have more obvious recognition of the improvement measures of logistics integrity,and there exists a market foundation for encouraging logistics enterprises to improve the service credit level.
