Study On The Economic Efficiency Of GD Enterprises

As an important carrier of‘China Made 2025'executive summary,national large enterprises and reseach institutes have main effect to economic development and social progress.In recent years,the development of national enterprise groups and reseach institutes speeded up quickly,and management level has been promoted a lot.Meanwhile,we've encountered many problems in many aspects of management such as production plan management,field management,quality control and production line operation.Therefore,researching and designing a lean production system which suits the enterprise and reseach institute has very important practical significance.The research in view of the actual situation of the production process of Photoelectric Institute,which combined with the theory of lean production management system,generally puts forward the issue which breaking in the lean production management system and conducting production control mode through continuous improvement in ways of producting plan,producting period,products quality and facility occupation,thereby solves the problems of group control system of the original production.This paper will be revealed according to the study method of ‘questioning-analyzing-solving'.Firstly,it briefly reviews the research status of lean production at home and abroad,and recapitulate related literatures of lean production and lean management;Secondly,the paper analyzes the status of Photoelectric Institute's management group and the existing issues;Thirdly,in view of the existing problems,puts forward the design scheme of lean production management system,including the principle,target,specific steps and measurements;At last,it evaluates the effects of lean production management system comprehensively.
