The function of port is gradually upgrading as with the rapid globalization of economy and trade. The original simple freight terminal has becoming network ports group integrating the functions of port, industry and city based on port, harbor industry and adjacent Metro. With development of supply chain, competitiveness of port is decided by supply chain decision of modern port.Port supply chain decision contains many decisions, ordering decision, transportation decisions, storage decision and sales decision, but ordering decision is the core decision of port supply chain decision, order decision determine the transportation decision, storage decision and sales decision. The study of order decision of supply chain by early researchers has hypothesis that the decision-maker of supply chain is completely rational person. As the development of behavioral economics, modern researchers take the impact of behavioral factors on ordering decision of decision-maker into account. This research is based on the impact of overconfidence behavior factor on ordering decision of decision-maker of supply chain. The impact of overconfidence on behavior prefer of decision-maker of supply chain of port is chosen as subject.Build a model of ordering decision of port supply chain, experimental economic method is used combing knowledge system consisting of supply chain of port and behavior.Research methods in experimental economics and behavior operation management are adopted.Through designing test, developing test procedures, operating test and analyzing data, the impact of behavioral factors on ordering decision of decision-maker is studied.By using neuroscience knowledge and tDCS,micro current stimulation is made to right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex to study whether decreasing the overconfidence of decision-maker has some good impact on the decision. The result shows,The overconfidence is one of the important factors that influence the decision-makings in port supply chain processes. In the ordering model of high yields, the average ordering value is less than the best value, while in the ordering model of low yields, the average ordering value is higher than the best value. After decreasing the overconfidence of decision-maker by technical means like neuroscience, ordering value obviously approaching the optimal ordering value.
