With the advent of knowledge economy era,the development of China's enterprises are facing new opportunities,also faces challenges,how the staff for the core key for effective incentive to make these enterprises to seize the opportunity,the key to deal with the challenges.Productivity,competitiveness and economic growth has become the key to knowledge,in an enterprise core employee's role has become more prominent,compared with the traditional core staff of employees,there are different characteristics,how to motivate the core employees,naturally become the new topic.Compared with the traditional employees,the core staff is more difficult to carry out effective incentives,incentives for the way,the effect and even the budget will have higher requirements.In this paper,the famous high-tech enterprise N group as an example,to explore the N group core employee equity incentive process and specific programs for other enterprises to carry out equity incentives to provide a useful reference.Specifically,the research ideas,research contents of the first part is the introduction,mainly focuses on the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods,innovations to illustrate the content;the second part of the dissertation is the related theories and literature review,mainly around the corporate governance theory,incentive theory,equity incentive the main types of content explained;the third part of the dissertation is to analyze the situation and problems of human resource management of N group,N group,mainly focuses on the analysis of the current situation of human resources management situation of N group and N group human resources management major problem analysis,N group human resources management problems to explain the causes of the formation of content;research the fourth part is the N group employee equity incentive plan design,mainly around the N group employee equity incentive plan design In principle,N group employee equity incentive plan design goal,N group employee equity incentive plan specific design to illustrate the content;the fifth part of study is the security measures for the implementation of the employee stock incentive N group,mainly around the process of security,organizational security,system security,cultural security,security,security supervision training etc.to show;finally formed the conclusion of the study and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this study is for China's high-tech enterprises,equity incentive is a more effective incentive means,at the same time because of the knowledge-based economy of our country and the development of western countries enterprises are still not so perfect,the external environment has many limitations,so for the implementation of equity incentive measures also exist diversification the way,there are many immature performance,at the time of implementation also has many difficulties,which need to be accompanied by changing the business environment and the constant adjustment and optimization.
