The Studies Of Managing Innovation And Ways For The Investment Project Of Sanmen Government

In recent years,the economy of Sanmen was developed quickly.The government investment played critically economic and social roles in such a development,which substantially improve the Infrastructure and investment environment of Sanmen,and thus obtaining a full development in National economy and also making a greater progress in social livelihood of the people.However,because of the defects of the original investment management organization pattern and the imperfections of early decision of supervision and management system,there are many problems and shortcomings observed in the prophase managements and construction processes in the government investment projects.Therefore,the important issues to be solved by Sanmen government are to break the bondage of original management mode of government investment projects,and to propose a new reasonable and effective management mode which help to bring innovative and scientific decision,and fair competition.Considering the management patterns in domestic and overseas government described in related literatures,and on the basis of the theories of public finance and principal-agent,this manuscript analyzed the existing disadvantages and its under reasons of the current management mode in Sanmen government,and also proposed some strategies to improve the government investment projects management patterns,which may help to elevate the efficiency of government investment project management,thus theoretically ensuring to realize a standard management of the government investment project.This manuscript includes six chapters: the chapter 1 discusses the reality and background requirements,and briefly described the management patterns in domestic and overseas government in related literatures;the chapter 2,a theoretical basis section,introduced the government investment projects and their management theories;the chapter 3,illustrates the concept of government investment projects management mode and the specific contents;the chapter 4,analyzed the disadvantages and its reasons of the current management patterns of investment projects in Sanmen county government.the chapter 5,the key section in this manuscript,proposed some strategies to improve the government investment projects management patterns;the chapter 6 is the conclusion of this manuscript.
