With the economic development,machinery manufacturing industry showed a trend of dynamic change of market demand.It is one of the ways of the enterprise in the fierce market competition to make a living through responding to customer fast,making full use of existing resources,and delivering high quality products to customers quickly when the enterprises provided products and services.Taking the assembly line in SG product of M company as an example,the thesis analyzed existing problems of the SG product assembly section by IE theory and method while combined the domestic and foreign research achievements about assembly line balancing problems.In order to improve the efficiency of the assembly line production and speed up production cycle,the thesis studied how to realize the standardization of assembly line and gave improvement plans.The contents are as follows,Firstly,the thesis stated assembly line production status of SG product of M company and drawed a conclusion that the assembly section was the whole assembly shop of SG product capacity bottleneck section;Then it analyzed the assembly process of five stations in assembly lines by using the method of process program analysis to make a distinction between value-added jobs,not value-added operations and the waste in the assembly process.And preliminary improved assembly section in accordance with "ECRS" principle as well as the use of "5W1H" questioning methods;Thirdly,improve the assembly process of the assembly line of facility layout to shorten the distance of moving and handling and build an efficient and suitable environment for the assembly work and provide solutions to support assembly section process program analysis;Finally,according to the assembly line balancing problem,its balance model was established based on the integer programming method under the improvement of the assembly line organization,the model is solved by Lingo software.The results redistributed the assembly section,assembly tasks of each workstation and optimized the balance index of the assembly section.To sum up,this thesis improved organization and the balance problem from two aspects of the final assembly process.The production rhythm reduced from 24.5 points to 15.5 points and the efficiency enhanced 58%.The capacity of the entire SG product assembly line promoted from 1440 units to 1980 units,production capacity increased by 37.5%,and the method improved the ability of M company to meet market demand greatly.
