Research On The Improvement And Optimization Strategy Of Equipment Management In ATJ Company

As the number of automobile consumption rises,China has become the biggest market in the world,and therefore the demand of auto parts increases sharply.ATJ firm is an auto parts manufacturer,which with the high dependence on the production equipment.In order to meet the customer’s need,the question that how to ensure the efficient functioning of the equipment is related to the normal operations and productions.Based on the relevant academic research at home and abroad,make a research on the status of the equipment management in ATJ firm.By the use of brainstorming and causal diagram,do an analysis about the cause of the low OEE rate.Then do a conclusion that the improvement and optimization strategies of equipment management in ATJ firm are the personnel allocation and spare parts inventory control.The main research includes:First,determine the ARIMA model parameters,and then use the ARIMA method to forecast the demand for spare parts;add the importance index of spare parts into ABC classification to create 2-dimensional ABC classification,and then make a classification for the spare parts;according to the classification,the management categories can be divided into four classes which are suitable for four different management strategies.The importance of the management is focused on the first class spare parts and the second class spare parts.The first class spare parts can be taken into(r,Q)policy,and the second class spare parts are fit for the traditional EOQ policy.Secondly,all of the equipment at ATJ’s workshop is summarized,and then by using the equipment evaluation index model,each part of the plant is evaluated.In accordance with the degree of concerns after the evaluation,do the personnel assignments.Finally,based on the above findings,take ATJ company’s equipment management optimization measures to insure the improvement and optimization,which include the establishment of spare parts management performance appraisal system,improvement of staff training system and funding emergency programs.In this essay,improvement and optimization strategies of equipment management has a certain reference value...
