By 2015,B2 C enterprises have becoming the absolute main body of the market,its rapid development not only caused more and more buyers to participate in and led the number of users online shopping.Compared with the information issued by the enterprise,customers are more willing to read online customer reviews system,to understand the real information and services and other consumers to get the purchase proposal from the perspective of consumers.But because of the Internet of review data,it is the serious influence consumer decision-making efficiency.How to help consumers find more information on the consumer from the mass of data,there are some negative comments,business and business should be how to manage,which is currently the business to be resolved.A lot of service oriented websites have the area of user reviews,but they are not the same.In this paper,we try to find out the attributes of the usefulness of the review,and then establish the model to predict the usefulness of the model.The model is tested by the user's comments on the usefulness of the system.Finally,the efficiency and effect of consumer's decision are improved.Using the method of empirical research,first of all,I want to the Amazon Web site to collect the different time segment of the mobile phone review information,combined with the results of previous studies,get the impact of the network to comment on the usefulness of a number of factors.Then,by using the method of artificial marking,this paper draws the characteristic values of text attributes,and puts forward two aspects of text hypothesis.Finally,the model is used to predict the unknown samples and the conclusions are given.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for understanding the customer needs,determine the competitive priorities,and improve the quality of the products.It also provides a powerful explanation of how to provide a strong recommendation to the Internet.These are important to improve the competition power and promote the development of e-commerce enterprises in china.
