With the further development of society,the new generation of employees have become the main force continuously in the job market,and gradually become the main labour supplies in the market.What is the performance of the new generation of employees? What are the main factors that lead to their job performance? Which factors will affect their performance? These questions have become important issues for companies and employees who are very concerned about.This paper constructs a model of the relationship between job stress and job performance of the new generation of employees,by putting work pressure as independent variable,work performance as outcome variable and work values as moderated variable,and analyses the mechanism of work stress and work performance.The measurement scale which is suitable for this study was completed by referring to the existing scale and the results of the interview.This research collected 322 valid questionnaires through online questionnaire and paper questionnaire.On the basis of reliable and effective measurement,the data are analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,independent samples T test,correlation analysis and regression analysis.This paper get the following conclusions:1.The level of working pressure of the new generation of employees is lower than the middle level,the mean level of work values and job performance is higher than the middle level,The mean level of economic pressure in the work pressure dimension is highest.In addition,there are different work pressure between the different positions of the new generation,there are differences in job performance in demographic variables(marital status,unit nature,working life);The 80 s generation employees and the 90 s generation employees are significantly different in the work pressure of their own development pressure and economic pressure on the two dimensions,There are significant differences in the long-term development dimension of work values.2.The dimension of the work stress of working environment pressure of the new generation staff has a significant negative impact on the task performa nce,The working environment pressure has a significant negative impact on the relationship performance.3.The work values of the new generation employees plays a leading role in regulating work stress and work performance.Utilitarianism plays a leading role in regulating the stress of self-development,stress of expectation and the two dimensions of job performance respectively.Utilitarianism has moderating effect on the relationship among own development pressure,relationship performance and workplace stress.Interpersonal harmony has moderating effect on the relationship between self-development pressure and job performance;Intrinsic preference has moderating effect on the relationship between the expected stress and job performance.Finally,this paper puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions on the pressure management of the new generation of employees,points out the shortcomings of the research and analyzes the future research.
