| In 2008,the subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the financial crisis,the United States from the beginning,gradually spread to Chinese,eliminate impact of the financial crisis,the authorities made 4 trillion monetary stimulus decisions,so as to promote consumption,expanding domestic demand,to ensure steady economic growth,also ushered in the golden period of development of local government investment and financing platform,the platform and the number of debt the scale has been greatly increased,the growth of the local government debt scale face a greater risk of debt,especially as Greece,Iceland and other European countries sovereign debt crisis,which makes people look gradually focused on local government debt risk and other issues,in the process of development,some problems of local investment and financing platform the government,though in stimulating the development of the local economy,the acceleration of China’s urbanization city have made great efforts The contribution,however,its current development model has become unsustainable,want the health of local government investment and financing platform and sustainable development,must solve the problem is how to develop,what direction problem.In this context,the research on the development strategy of the local government investment and financing platform has both theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the typical local government investment and financing platform of Guiyang City real estate(Group)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the Guiyang real estate group or real estate group)as the research object,starting from the basic theory of the development of strategic management theory,the integrated use of the corresponding development strategy analysis tools,through the PEST analysis of Guiyang real estate group is facing political the economic,social,cultural,technological and other macro environment analysis,using Potter’s five forces model analysis of the Guiyang real estate group industry environment analysis,and based on real estate group internal environment analysis,using the SWOT analysis method of Guiyang City real estate group development strategy specific,namely a prominent real estate land development group main business,stripped of local government infrastructure construction financing function of pure torsion type,go group development Development strategy,through the adjustment of organizational structure,broaden the financing channels,increase the hardware investment,enhance the ability to obtain resources,focus on brand building and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture and other six measures to promote and ensure the development strategy can be implemented smoothly and achieve strategic goals to be achieved.The author hopes that through the study of this paper,the study of the development strategy of the local government investment and financing platform can serve as a reference and reference. |
