Study On Construction Of Grape Industrial Park In Yongle Town Of Sujiatun,Shenyang,Liaoning

The Yongle town of Su Gutun in Liaoning province is mainly dominated by development of greenhouse grape industry,with the grape storage,preservation,packaging and processing is complementary,the country’s largest greenhouse grape planting base,It be said "national quality grape production base" and "national greenhouse grape first township".In recent years,expanding Yongletown economic zone advantage industry advantage,extend the industrial chain,increase product added value,promote the farmers’ income,has achieved a certain economic growth at the same time,also creates a series of radiation around the villages and towns social efficiency,and laid a good foundation for the development of grape industry park.However,the economic problems series grape industry development,fundamentally or lack of reasonable and effective management mechanism and standardize enterprise management,this needs through reshape grape industrial park design and construction ways,fundamentally solve the problem,and then promote the development of Yongle town in good order for the grape industry.This paper is divided into seven chapters and the first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly discusses the background and significance of this research,reviews the relevant research achievements at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the research ideas,research methods and innovation points of this paper.The second chapter is the conceptual definition and theoretical basis.Main of grape industry park concept in-depth analysis,and using the transaction cost theory,industrial agglomeration theory,public goods theory,as the foundation to build the analytical framework and research platform.The third chapter is the development situation and problems of the grape industry in Yongle town.Based on the three aspects of production,sales and economic efficiency,this paper expounds the basic status quo of the development of the grape industry region of Yongle town.This paper discusses the problems of the development of the grape industry in Yongle town from five aspects.The fourth chapter is the construction design of the grape industry park in Yongle town.Based on the thought and the establishment of the objectives and principles and conditions,clear the grape industry park construction design,and from the management center system design,function module design and grapes,industrial park design six aspects to perfect the operation mechanism construction of industrial park.The fifth chapter is to promote the construction of the grape industry park in Yongle.To solve the problems caused by the problem and the development of the grape industry in Yongle towns,some specific countermeasures are proposed.Chapter 6 summarizes the conclusions and main points of this paper.This paper concludes that,firstly,the development of the grape industry in Yongle town has a strong foundation,and the development potential is huge,which has the potential to become the economic growth pole of Sujiatun in Shenyang,Liaoning province.Second,Yongle town set room grape industry faces a series of problems in the development,fundamentally constrained economic development for the grape industry,these problems mainly embodied in five aspects,namely dispersion and brand construction of dislocation of the production activities;Technical service absence;High transaction cost constraint cooperative economic development;The vicious competition in the production market leads to the choice and moral hazard;The policy supports the development of unencumbered grapes.Third,Yongle town set room need to be done from the perspective of the grape industry park for the grape industry design,integration of industrial cluster in the grape industry park in the overall design,the need to focus on six main pattern design,namely management center system design,technology research and development function module design,function module design,comprehensive demonstration deep processing function module design,the production base of design,and completes the design of the operation mechanism of grape industry park.Fourth,in order to promote the Yongle town set room grape industry garden area on schedule and healthy development,need to do a good job in six specific focus is to strengthen basic facilities agriculture financial input,strive to improve the organization scale of production base,to accelerate the twofold structure adjustment and promote products together to create brand effect,actively attract capital entities involved in and build information service integration platform development.
