Research On The Development Level Evaluation Of Urban-rural Logistics Integration In Harbin City

With the development of China’s economy into a "new normal" periodic adjustment period,the future development of philosophy to "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" five concept as the instruction,for urban and rural economic development,the difficult problem,break the "dual economy" structure to realize the harmonious development of economy between urban and rural is a topic,and the integration of urban and rural logistics is very important to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural economy.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research literatures,it is found that the development level of urban and rural logistics is adapted to the level of urban and rural economic development,and presents the development characteristics of stages and regionality.Moreover,it lacks the support of basic theory in the research of its development level evaluation.So research according to the current characteristics ofdevelopment of urban and rural integration of logistics,and the future developmenttrend of requirements,choose the logistics system theory as the basic theoretical support,build the scientific development evaluation index system,and use Harbin urban and rural areas data to analyze.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Introduction expounds the researchbackground and research significance of the paper,the relevant research literature at home and abroad were summarized,told the paper the main research contents,research methods and research ideas,summarizes the thesis possible innovations.The second chapter is related concepts and basic theories.This paper expoundsthe concept of urban and rural integration,redefines the concept of urban and rural logistics integration based on the existing definitions,and analyzes the basic features of the present stage.This paper expounds the theory of urban and rural integration,urban and rural areas as a whole theory,agglomeration effect and diffusion effect,logistics system theory,and analyses the relations of the research,to gain a theoretical foundation for paper.The third chapter is the construction of the evaluation index system of urban-rural logistics integration development level.The logistics system theory as the basic theoretical framework,and flow from the elements,resource elements,network elements,information elements and performance of the five aspects constructing evaluation index system of the integration of urban and rural logistics development level,set up 13 secondary indicators and expounds the index meaning.The fourth chapter is the evaluation of urban and rural logistics integration development level in Harbin.To review their own development of urban and rural integration of logistics in Harbin,Uses the time series perspective,using 2006-2015,a total of 10 years of relevant economic data,with principal component analysis method to evaluate the research on the evaluation.The evaluation results show that the development level of its development is generally rising,and the development trend is well reflected in the first principal component.But this upward trend has been fluctuating,with two turning points in 2009 and 2014,mainly due to the impact of macroeconomic development environment.In particular,in 2014,when the downturn took a turn,it was related to the gradual adjustment of the "new normal" and the slowdown of the domestic economy.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and Suggestions.Through quantitative analysis,for the future development of integrated logistics in Harbin from flow elements,resource elements,network elements,information elements and performance of the five aspects proposed targeted countermeasures and Suggestions,seize the key link,key problems,to improve the level of integration of urban and rural logistics development in Harbin.The sixth chapter is the main conclusion and prospect.This paper expounds the main conclusions of the research and puts forward the prospect of the future development of Harbin urban and rural logistics integration.
