In the market economy,with the continuous reform of relevant national policies,to improve and innovate China's capital market seems particularly urgent.In order to adapt to market change,various industries are actively changing to the direction of securitization.At the same time,the current market system must be unceasingly improved and perfected so as to speed up the popularization of capitalization in all sectors of the country,thereby to enhance the financing capacity of the capital market.Comparative study of the development process of foreign and domestic insurance industry,it found that the combination of insurance industry and capital market is necessary.At the same time we found that the combination of the two industries will promote both of them to develop in depth and breadth.In the research I choose A company as the research object,through questionnaire analysis and internal investigation,we found that A insurance securitization is now facing problems.Then using the factor analysis method,to conduct the analysis of the relevant accounting indicators for the insurance securitization,analysis of A company's financial indicator before and after the insurance securitization,and contrasting the financial situation of the comprehensive scores,draw the following points:(1)insurance securitization's influence on A Company reflected on profitability,solvency and growth of the three principal components.(2)the main factors that affect the financial indicators of A company are return on equity,net asset interest and operating profit margin.(3)the variance contribution of the three principal components of financial assets after A asset securitization has improved significantly,and the financial situation has improved greatly.The research of this subject is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,significance,content and innovation of this subject.The second part is a summary of the literature at home and abroad,summarizes the existing theories domestic and overseas.The third part is the analysis of the different types of current insurance securitization.The fourth part takes A company as the object of study,and analyzes the internal and external problems of its insurance securitization.The fifth part uses the method of factor analysis,in-depth analysis of the financial situation of A company,and find out the main factors of affecting the financial indicators,analysis of the financial changes before and after securitization.The sixth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations.It summarizes the financial changes before and after the insurance securitization of A company,so as to lead to the relevant problems in the process of securitization of insurance companies and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.I hope the research of this subject could provide a good reference for the securitization of insurance.
