Research On Reconstruction Of Value Chain Of Entrepreneurial Enterprise—Based On Value Co-creation

China’s "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" historical background and the deepening of economic globalization,to provide an unprecedented favorable environment for our entrepreneurs.Entrepreneurial enterprises should advocate in the management activities to achieve the value creation and enhancement,reshape the value chain,to achieve the harmonious development of commercial ecology.In the early stage,China’s entrepreneurial enterprises lack of experience,there are still many problems during operation,such as the lack of value co-creation consciousness and lack of attention to the value chain reconstruction.So there is of great benefit for the further development of entrepreneurial enterprises to find out how to create value chain based on the value of the reconstruction.Based on the practice of the enterprise and the background.of mass entrepreneurship,this paper is based on the research results of the value co-creation theory and value chain theory,taking the entrepreneurial enterprises as the research object,drawing on the previous research,this paper studies the value chain reconstruction mechanism based on the value co-creation of entrepreneurial enterprises with the case study method.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Realizing the reconstruction of value chain by downstream extension of the value chain with product as value center,and transforming the traditional value chain to"product R&D-production operations-marketing activities" model.(2)Realizing the reconstruction of value chain by downstream extension and horizontal extension of the value chain with service as value center,and transforming the traditional value chain to"product R&D-production operations-organizational support-marketing activities"model.(3)The value network for value center of stakeholder interests,through the subdivision of different value-added links to the value chain upstream extension,downstream extension and horizontal extension to achieve value chain reconstruction,to form the space-time constraints of the value of the network.The traditional value chain is also transformed into "product R&D-management operations-organizational security-marketing activities" basic value activity model.The main contributions of the paper are reflected in the following aspects:1.Combining the value co-creation and the value chain theory,it finds a new fit point of theoretical development,expands the development of relevant theory and enhances the important understanding of relevant literature theory.2.The development of relevant theories is put into the background of global development and mass entrepreneurship,and the related research of value co-creation and value chain reconstruction is extended to the research situation of entrepreneurial enterprises with entrepreneurial enterprises as the research object.To provide an important reference and theoretical guidance for following research.3.In this study,we selected the three companies of Sheenrun Optics&Electronics,Senfeng Technology and Longhe Energy Saving,explored the value chain reconstruction mechanism based on the value co-creation,opened the "black box" of the value chain reconstruction mechanism of entrepreneurial enterprise,put forward the value chain reconstruction model based on value co-creation activities-"the downstream extension of the value chain witih product as value center;the downstream extension and horizontal extension of the value chain with service as value center;the value network for value center of stakeholder interests",and also provided a new direction for the entrepreneurial enterprise value chain reconstruction and long-term development.
