HD Enterprise Research On Corporate Governance And The Value Of The Company

Closely related to corporate governance and the value of a company,a corporate governance mechanism is effective and reasonable level directly affect the value of the company,and at the core of corporate governance,the company's equity structure and capital structure is directly related to the company interests.As the established heavy industry base of China,the northeast region gradually fades away in the tide of transformation and development.How to create a new prosperity in the new round of economic development is the first issue before us,and the development of private enterprises is the best choice.n this paper,we seek the best goal of corporate governance from the perspective of corporate governance,so as to improve the company value of HD company.First,this paper research on the problem of the relationship between corporate governance and corporate value,significance and research background,this paper expounds the relationship between different scholars from different angles on the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and main research content of this article.Secondly,this paper elaborates on the theory of corporate governance and corporate value,analyzes the company's equity structure and capital structure theory,and provides theoretical support for the research of this paper.Then,according to the factors affecting corporate governance,the relationship between corporate governance and corporate value is analyzed qualitatively.Again,from the HD company size,development quality,equity structure and capital structure etc.This paper introduces the current situation of the development of the company,selected from 2013 to 2016,four years of data,detailed calculation and analysis of HD company ownership structure,and calculated the HD company's economic value added,the HD company in the corporate governance problem is obtained and the influence on the value of the company.Finally,aiming at the problems faced by HD corporate governance and the company value,the improvement plan was put forward to guide the continuous and good development of HD company.
