With the deepening of economic reform,the integration of the international market to speed up the process,Chinese joined WTO,building decoration company is facing increasingly fierce market competition,the construction enterprises of the most traditional,to be in an invincible position in the new round of competition,we must actively adapt to the changing market environment,cultivating the core competitiveness own,improve the market competition ability.The core of core competence is the level of project cost management.How to carry out the project cost management scientifically,standardized and efficiently becomes an important task for many decoration companies.Decoration in the construction industry accounted for an increasing proportion of civil engineering,equipment installation for the construction of the three components.However,the architectural decoration construction and installation management lags behind,the development of the industry is mainly reflected in the expansion of enterprise scale and turnover increase of shallow,deep and not the quality of enterprises such as fine management cost of the project has been greatly improved too.China architectural decoration industry has broad market prospects,but also increasingly fierce market competition,especially small and medium-sized building decoration enterprises are facing a severe test of survival of the fittest,in this case the opportunities and challenges,in order to survive in the fierce market competition and development,to the X building decoration companies,strengthen the awareness of cost control and improve the level of cost control,effectively reduce the cost of construction projects is particularly important.The purpose of this paper is to establish the project cost control system and measures of X company.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of engineering projects,and finds out the factors that affect the cost control by the method of cause and effect analysis.Through expert interviews to determine the impact of various factors on the project cost and the probability of change,according to the extent of the factors affecting the classification of factors,and put forward the corresponding control measures.In this paper,the project cost control system is divided into two levels,at the company level to emphasize the cost of pre control,and after the event,in the project level to Y renovation project as an example to illustrate the specific measures of cost control.Make full use of the theory and method of project management,establish the responsibility matrix through the work breakdown structure,and use the technology,contract and other methods to control the project cost.The results show that the schedule follow up method,the budget control method and the factor control method are effective methods to save the project cost and improve the economic benefit.This paper has a guiding role on how to carry out the project management of the building decoration company,at the same time,it can also be used for reference in the research of the decoration project cost control.
