With the Sulige gas field production capacity continues to expand and stabilize production,the face of international oil prices continue to decline,the single well production in the short-term forecast and optimize the production of natural gas management,is to achieve low-cost development of the only way.Timely production of single wells in the Sulige gas field forecast to guide the production of natural gas is extremely important.Based on the in-depth study of reservoir characteristics,gas well production and gas test characteristics of Sulige gas field,the practice shows that "Point method" for production and correction of equidistant test wells in the Sulige gas field single well production forecasting limitations become increasingly prominent,simplifying the test gas production forecast both to meet the understanding of the production capacity of gas wells,but also in line with the current low-cost development of gas field needs.In this paper,based on the study of the characteristics of the Sulige gas field,based on the actual situation of the Sulige gas field D area,on the basis of the field research and access to the relevant data,the natural gas operation cost analysis is carried out on the basis of the single well production forecast Budget method research,take a bottom-up approach,according to different types of gas wells to determine the operation,after the cost of the analysis,to determine the operating motivation and operations center,the preparation of the operating library.The resource drivers of the operating centers in the calendar year and the annual resource costs of the operations center are analyzed,and the resource drivers are analyzed to determine the resource consumption.A comprehensive analysis is made from the aspects of compiling procedures,execution and control,Based on operations to prepare the budget,and finally the preparation of the Sulige gas field D area SD block of the overall budget.This paper summarizes the practical operation budget method of SD block in Sulige gas field D area,further analyzes the achievements and existing problems of budget management,and puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to carry out budget management of D area in Sulige gas field in the future.This paper demonstrates the application of activity-based costing in cost budget management in combination with theory and practice.The implementation of job budget management modifies the drawbacks of traditional budget,and draws out the purpose of using operational budget to achieve control and cost savings.
