Technological innovation is an important factor for the company's continued operation and development. It is also a source of power for the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous progress of society.Venture capital can help start-up companies develop rapidly. At this stage, the issue of the impact of venture capital on the technological innovation of the invested company has received widespread attention from the majority of scholars. However, scholars at home and abroad have not produced a unified view. There is still little research on which specific venture capital operation mode will affect the innovation of the invested company and how it affects the innovation of the invested enterprise.Shenzhen Venture Capital Group is the most representative company in the venture capital industry. This paper selects Shenzhen Venture Capital Group as a case study object to study the impact of its investment operation mode on the technology innovation of the invested company. This article mainly uses the case study method, combining the comparative analysis method and the literature analysis method. The first part is introduction, which mainly includes the research background and significance, literature review, content and methods of research and innovation. The second part is the theoretical analysis related to venture capital and innovation, which provides a theoretical basis for case analysis. The third part is the analysis of the investment practices of the Shenzhen Venture Capital Group and the innovation of the invested companies.First of all,we introduced the introduction of Shenzhen Venture Capital Group and analyzed its investment status, then analyzed the characteristics of Shenzhen Venture Capital Group's investment operation methods, and then analyzed the basic status quo of the overall technical innovation capability of the invested enterprises. Finally, this article selects the investee companies that can be compared and analyzed. The fourth part analyzes in detail the specific cases that have been screened, and analyzes them from the aspects of the proportion of shares held, whether the investment is divided into phases, whether the investment is combined, and whether there is government participation. It analyzes the differences between the different investment operating methods and the technological innovations of the invested companies. The fifth part is conclusions, suggestions and limitations.First, summarize the results of the case study, then make relevantrecommendations based on the case, and finally point out possible limitationsThrough research and analysis of specific cases,it was found that Shenzhen Venture Capital Group had better technical innovation ability when it was invested at a low shareholding ratio. The joint investment and government participation have a positive effect on the technology innovation of the invested companies, and the phased investment has no obvious effect on the improvement of the technological innovation capability of the enterprises.Shenzhen Venture Capital Group cannot hold too high a stake in the invested company in order to obtain high returns in the short term.It should determine the investment method based on the long-term development of the invested company. The companies should also make a selection visit to the venture capital institutions and choose the investment methods that are most conducive to the growth of the company to introduce venture capital funds. At the same time, when venture capital organizations choose to participate in the government, they must carefully examine the invested company and avoid the over-reliance on the preferential policies and subsidies provided by the government.
