Research On The Development Of Financial Leasing In Tianjin Binhai New Area

Financial leasing has a rapid development since it emerges and becomes the world's second largest means of financing.It not only has flexible financing mode,but also has diversiform service objects,which can meet the needs of small or medium-sized enterprises,and effectively make up for the shortage of bank loans.The development of the financial leasing industry plays an active role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,stimulating domestic demand and reforming the financial reform.It can promote the development of regional economy and national economy.Under the strategic background of the implementation of China's Belt and Road Initiative,collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Binhai New Area grasps the opportunity of the establishment of Tianjin pot area of China Pilot Free Trade Zone with continuous development of the financial leasing industry.It not only becomes the leader of Tianjin' s financial lease,but also becomes the pioneer of financing lease.With the domestic economic development entering the new normal period,financial leasing can also get more opportunities for development.However,there are still some problems in the financial leasing industry in Binhai New area.In this paper,through the analysis of the number of enterprises,registered capital,contract balances data of the financial leasing industry in Binhai New Area in recent years,the scale of development of financing leasing industry in Binhai New Area can be understood.This paper arranges the relevant supporting policies of financial leasing industry of our country and the Binhai New Area,and compares with the financial leasing industry scale and policies in the Binhai New Area and Pudong New Area in order to learn from the relevant practical experience of finance leasing industry in Pudong New Area Shanghai.From the three aspects of the main body of enterprises,industrial policy and talent system,the exposed deficiencies of prese nt Binhai's finance leasing industry should be analyzed,and according to the specific circumstances of the Binhai New Area,put forward some suggestions for the development of financial leasing industry in Binhai New area.
