Research On The Follow-up Auditing Of Stablelizing Growth Policy

The follow-up auditing of policy is an audit on the implementation of the state's major macroscopic readjustment and control,which has the characteristics of wide coverage,strong policy and high level.The follow-up auditing of steady growth policy covers all areas of economic and social development,including economic restructuring,social development,livelihood benefits and a series of policies.The work commanded by the State Council.Audit department is responsible for the work.The ultimate purpose is founding the flaws of policy implementation,rectify and reforming timely,to ensure that the national macroscopic readjustment and control of air plant,and promoting sound and rapid development of the National economy through the audit.Because of the short time to carrying out the work,how to complete the work of high quality,is a new problem placed in front of the auditing offices and researchers.Although has worked out some experience in practice,but the content of the audit,audit organization,audit methods,audit regulations and evaluation system about follow-up auditing of steady growth policy has not yet formed a guiding theory,which restricts the further development of follow-up auditing of steady growth policy.Firstly,this thesis studies the relevant concepts and classification of the auditing,and then analyzes the concept,characteristics and objectives of the follow-up auditing of policy on the basis of the relevant research results of domestic and foreign.Secondly,braced by the theory,there is further analysis on the emphases and development of China's follow-up auditing of steady growth policy.Thirdly,to carrying out this work in T city as an example,the thesis introduced the current major problems from the audit environment,audit method,audit organization,regulations,personnel status and evaluation system.Lastly,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect it.
