Xi Jinping's Research On Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a ubiquitous problem in all countries in the world.Anti-poverty has become a major challenge that mankind faces together.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the goal of "two hundred and one hundred years." In its report to the 19 th Congress,it is emphasized once again that by the middle of this century,China must be built into a prosperous and strong modern and democratic socialist country with a beautiful and democratic civilization.Now that the target time is far from the goal of the first centenary,looking at the various provinces and municipalities in China,there are still a large number of poor people who have not yet escaped poverty.Our poverty alleviation and development work has a long way to go.The eighteenth Party Congress,the new central collective leadership intensive research poverty reduction,in-depth study,poverty alleviation and development innovation model,in particular poverty alleviation Xi Jinping thought,raising poverty alleviation to a new level of understanding,a more prominent position,Pointed out the direction for the poverty alleviation and development work for a longer period now and in the future.This paper mainly studies Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor.First of all,it introduces the significance and basis of the subject selected,the current situation both at home and abroad and the emphasis,difficulty and innovation of this thesis.Secondly,the first part of the article Xi Jinping background of poverty of ideas,mainly from two aspects discussed international and domestic background background;The second part outlines the theoretical basis of ideological poverty Xi Jinping,including Marx's theory of poverty,Chinese Marxism Poverty Alleviation Thought(Mao Zedong Thought of Common Wealth,Deng Xiaoping's Thought of "Richesing the Country" and "Getting Rich First",Jiang Zemin's Thought of Developing Poverty Alleviation and Hu Jintao's People-oriented Poverty Alleviation Thought).The third part discusses the main contents of Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor.This article roughly divides the main contents of Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor into four parts: precision poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation and east-west cooperation poverty alleviation.The fourth part mainly analyzes the theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor and the practice under his guidance.The theoretical features mainly include adhering to the concept of common prosperity and people-oriented,embodying the superiority of socialism,adhering to the "five in one" scientific development layout and spreading the five major development concepts throughout.The practice under the guidance of Xi Jinping's anti-poverty thinking mainly includes the introduction of policies to ensure the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,make good use of funds to promote poverty alleviation and development,and improve the social security to expand efforts to alleviate poverty in three parts.The fifth part introduces the era enlightenment and practical significance of Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor.The value of the times is reflected in two aspects.The first is to highlight the superiority of socialism and provide all countries with experiences to learn from.The second is to safeguard and promote world peace and development.Significance performance in three points,one of which is poverty alleviation Xi Jinping idea is practical needs of building a moderately prosperous society,and second on poverty alleviation Xi Jinping thinking is an important manifestation of contemporary thought in the common prosperity,thirdly,Xi Jinping poverty thinking is conducive to maintaining social stability.
