Agricultural problems has always been one of the major problems of the Soviet union and Russian.In the reign of Khrushchev,he had sought to reform,but still pending due to various reasons.Fair and objective comprehensive summaration and evaluation to Khrushchev's agricultural reform not only have great academic value,but also have practical significance.Especially the further study of the cause of its failure and lessons will be good for the present and the future of the agricultural economy development in our country.This is the topic of this paper.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduce the origin and significance of topics,and gives a systematic overview of the literature both at home and abroad about Khrushchev agricultural reform.The research methods and shortcomings are also introduced in this chapter.The first chapter mainly introduces the background of Khrushchev's agricultural reform.The author reviews the historical and realistic background of Khrushchev agricultural reform,and then mainly discusses the specific content of Khrushchev's agricultural reform.The second chapter summarizes the achievements and problems of the agricultural reform in Khrushchev period.During the period of Khrushchev's agricultural reform,some important achievements were made.For example,increasing farmers' income,increasing grain output,abolishing the system of commanding farmers to provide grains and promoting the development of democratization and economic theory,the results are quite fruitful.But problems are quite a lot: some policies did not have continued,and cadres lack of incentive mechanism,and some means were gived up too quickly,especially the socialist economic theory and institutional problems had always been the major obstacles to reform.The third chapter goes from the effects of the traditional system,a specific style of leadership and governance,cadres of the factors,the influence of international environment and the personality factors of individual,analyzes the reasons for the failure of Khrushchev's reform.The fourth chapter tries to make a profound and comprehensive reflection on thagricultural reform of Khrushchev,so as to absorb something for the sustainable development of our country's agricultural economy in the future.
