With the development of the level of science and technology, the ability of technological innovation to contribute to GDP has gradually increased.China is in a critical period of economic transformation. This paper aims to explore whether China's R&D investment capital and manpower have achieved corresponding economic results.R&D refers to the systematic and creative activities in the field of science and technology to increase the total amount of knowledge and use this knowledge to create new applications, including basic research, applied research, and experimental development. It is the most technological innovation in a country core part. How to make R&D investment excellent, what is the current status of China's R&D investment scale in the world, and the level of spillover effect among provinces, these issues are worth exploring. This article analyzes the following contents: First, the economic theory of the impact of R&D investment on economic growth in China, including the status quo of China's economic development, the role of R&D investment in national development, and the overall investment in R&D in China as a share of GDP in international The status of R&D;second,R&D input personnel and funding in each province in China In 2016,R&D expenditures in various provinces of China came from different channels.Through relevant data analysis,it was concluded that R&D investment funds from central and eastern enterprises in China have a greater effect on GDP than government's.The role of R&D investment funds in promoting the economy, the western region mainly rely on government R&D investment funds have an impact on the economy. This result reveals that the market development in central and eastern China is relatively mature.Enterprises pay more attention to the research and development of new and high technologies when conducting business activities. The intensity of R&D activities is greater than that of the western region, and the funds for R&D activities in the western provinces mainly rely on government regulation. The dependence of government funds is relatively large.Third, the impact of R&D investment in each province on economic growth, and the comparison between capital and capital, and the contribution of human and manpower, and the introduction of spatial correlation to establish a spatial lag model for inter-provincial spatial spillover effects.Estimated.This paper adopts the annual data of 17 provinces from 2000 to 2016 in 17 years and analyzes the R&D input funds and the economic impact of personnel in each province in China by constructing the panel quantile model. It is found that the R&D input personnel in each province in China have a relatively low economic contribution to China.China's provincial R&D input funds contribute more to China's economic contribution than R&D personnel, while R&D investment contributes less to the economy than to fixed asset investment. With the increase of economic level, the contribution of R&D investment to the economy in each province in China has an increasing trend.Taking into account the linkages between provinces in China,we found that there are certain spatial agglomerations between provincial economic levels and R&D investment, and then we examined the R&D investment and investment intensity of each province in China by constructing a space panel model. With regard to the impact of GDP growth, the geospatial weight matrix was chosen as the spatial matrix established by the spatial model.Through the analysis of the spatial model, the province's provincial economic development,R&D investment expenditures, and the spillover effect of personnel among the provinces were explored. The Moran index was tested on the data to ensure the existence of spatial correlation matrix. The LM test was performed on whether the model was a lag or error effect. The results showed that the spatial correlation of economic phenomena in China cannot be ignored. The model selection space is lagging behind. The study is more practical. The results confirm the existence of R&D investment spending and inter-provincial spillover effects in China. Moreover,it is found that the spillover effect is not much different from the direct effect, which leads to the conclusion that the development of each province in our country has become increasingly close and that economic activities have influenced each other.
