With the development of the Internet economy,The Internet economy represented by e-commerce is deeply affecting people's lives.The development of e-commerce is not only an important content of information,but also the main driving force for future economic development.At present,e-commerce has become an important part of China's national economic structure,and it has promoted the rapid development of various industries.However,with increasingly fierce market competition,the profit margins of e-commerce companies on commodity prices and services have been continuously compressed.In order to improve operating efficiency,e-commerce companies have begun to explore ways to increase profits.For e-commerce companies,logistics costs account for a large proportion of total costs.More and more e-commerce companies are beginning to realize the impact of logistics links on corporate profits,and even lower logistics costs and improve value chain performance.It is the third profit source of the company.When managers of enterprises make decisions,they not only need to consider internal production activities,but also need cost analysis from the perspective of the value chain.Therefore,whether the enterprise can carry out scientific and effective control of logistics costs from the perspective of value chain will become the focus of the future development of modern e-commerce companies.Suning is a typical e-commerce company with rapid development momentum.It is committed to strengthening the management capabilities of commodities and the ability to combine value chains.At the same time,Suning made full use of its advantages in the Internet,continuously built an open platform,strengthened its competitiveness in the field of information flow and logistics,comprehensively improved the application level of the value chain system,and significantly improved its logistics efficiency.Currently,it is embarking on the completion of cross-border and rural logistics.The layout of new fields,in recent years,constantly updated and reformed its logistics system,from the third-party logistics to the launch of Suning,and then to the use of fourth-party logistics companies,constantly trying to shorten the value chain of logistics costs,and strive to obtain greater profits.This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and case study.After describing the relevant theoretical basis,this paper expounds the current situation and problems of the current control of logistics cost in China's e-commerce enterprises,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Then,Suning is a famous electronic business enterprise in China.As an example,the research and analysis of specific cases are carried out,and the logistics cost control method is analyzed from the perspective of value chain,and on this basis,the targeted logistics cost control measures are put forward.First,the whole value chain of suning.com is constructed according to the business characteristics of the enterprise.Secondly,the logistics cost of its value chain is analyzed.It is mainly from the two angles of internal value chain and external value chain to carry on the in-depth analysis of logistics cost control of each link of the value chain and evaluate the control effect.Finally,the case study is extended to the entire e-commerce enterprise,and its logistics cost control measures are perfected from the perspective of internal and external value chain.
