Study On The Operation And Risk Of The Supply Chain Financing Mode Led By Core Enterprises

“Difficulty of financing” is always the biggest problem that affects the development of SMEs in our country.Supply chain finance is just a value-added service that created to solve these financing problems.In our country,supply chain finance is mainly led by commercial banks,but the commercial banks leading mode has shown its limitations in its operation.With the advancing of "Internet+",the innovative mode:core enterprises leading mode has appeared.This mode converts the traditional frame "1+1+N " to "N+1+N",makes it easier for SMEs to finance and greatly exerts the operation effect of supply chain finance.However,the core enterprises leading mode has some potential risks in the process of its operation.These risks are probably harmful to the operation effects of the core enterprises leading mode.Therefore,the operation and the risk problem of the core enterprises leading mode are becoming the focus and research hotpot of insight people.Firstly,this paper systematically studies the operation of the core enterprises leading mode,including the elements,the connotation,the main financing forms(order financing form,accounts receivable financing form,advance financing form and inventory financing form),and then analyses the operation effects of the core enterprises leading mode in our country,points out this innovative mode can break the limitations of the traditional commercial banks leading mode,and is more suitable for Chinese situation.Secondly,this paper systematically studies the risks of the core enterprises leading mode: endogenous risks and exogenous risks.The purpose is to help the involved parties of the core enterprises leading mode to develop feasible operation strategies,provide recommendations and references for reducing the operation risk of supply chain finance continuously and increasing supply chain finance operation performance.
