The System Plight And Its Resolvement In Eco-commerce Structural Reform Of Supply-front

"Silent Spring" aroused human being's focus on living environment.Abandoning the shortcomings of the traditional commerce model and establishing a profitable eco-commercial development model are common subjects confronted with the international community.In the critical period of the structural reform of supply-front in the "13th Five-Year Plan",eco-commerce as the backbone of adjusting the economic structure and promoting the sustainable development,depends on system-driven,while the China's eco-commercial supply-front structural system design has functional and structural conflicts,eco-commerce structural reform of supply-front is faced with the severe system plight and need urgent resolvement.The paper stands on the point of system design of China's eco-commerce structural reform of supply-front,on basis of the analysis of its current situation to reveal the system plight of the China's eco-commerce structural reform of supply-front combined with the theory of eco-economic system.To further explore the reasons for the plight,the paper applies the AGIL model of structural functionalism to expound the conflicts and contradictions between the function and structure of current China's eco-commercial system design.From the theoretical perspective,to clarify the conflicts in current system design of China's eco-commerce structural reform of supply-front;from the practical perspective,to refer to the eco-commercial system design's experiences from developed countries,thus finally to figure out the pathway to the resolvement in eco-commerce structural reform of supply-front: to clear the reform destination,to optimize the endogenous path of system design,to strengthen the exogenous path of system design,which aims to put forwards new ideas and ways forthe development of China's eco-commerce,making it as an effective driving force for China's structural reform of supply-front.
