Research On Internal Control Evaluation Of Tianjin LB Corp.

Compared with western countries,internal control evaluation theory and practice in China is later.Internal control evaluation and other 21 items published in law by 5’Ministry of Finance and others in April 2010.And after this,internal control evaluation system construction start to carry out in China gradually.But the growing number of internal control failure events show that it is not satisfactory in many listed and unlisted companies internal control effectiveness.Typical cases,such as the China Aviation Oil Singapore bankrupt incident and Sichuan Chang Hong bad debts,etc.All of these cases exposed that there are some internal control deficiency in some of big companies,and them couldn’t find it,even they had managed the internal control system.Therefor the enterprise evaluation is very important to find the internal control system deficiency,and control the operating risk,even reduce the company lost and enhance the enterprise management quality.In this article,we designed to combine the internal control evaluation theory with the Tianjin LB Corp.current management status.And we put forward a set of economic,efficient and suitable evaluation indexes and measurement method for LB Corp.After the researching,we had modified the evaluation indexes and indexes weight with the experts instruction.Through the "status quo analysis,hypothesized solutions-results of a questionnaire survey analysis" as the research framework and empirical research,we cleared the influence of each factor of LB Corp.internal control.After the evaluation result,we issued the suggestion to improve the internal control which based on the evaluation index.All of these indexes,weight and measurement could provide the guidance to LB Corp.and auto parts manufacturers in the internal control evaluation working provides guidance on internal control evaluation and strategic approach.And it also could provide effective reference for the auto industry healthy development in China.
