Study On The Coupling Coordination Between Industrial Structure And Ecological Environment In Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region

In the background of the modern industry,especially the heavy chemical industry gathering to Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,the rapid development of economy and industry has brought many benefits to Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,but the resulting problem of ecological environ-ment deterioration has become increasingly prominent.Although the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region has made many efforts to improve the ecological environment,environmental pollution has not been radical cured because of the restriction of economic growth mode and industrial structure.With the integration of the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region has risen to the national strategy,how to coordinate the relationship between industrial structure and ecological environment,it is particularly important.Based on the analysis of the industrial structure and ecological environment status in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from 2004 to 2014,this paper builds the unified evaluation index systems for industrial structure and ecological environment,through the application of principal component analysis,coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model,calculates the coupling coordination degree of industrial structure and ecological environment in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,furthermore,the paper analyzes the differences in the development of coupling coordination between different regions.Through the study,this paper draws the following main conclusions:Firstly,the comprehensive evaluation index of industrial structure and the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological environment all follow a fluctuating ascending trend in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,meanwhile,in numerical terms,the former is larger than the latter in the early stage,and the latter is larger than the former in the later stage,these illustrate that the adjustment of industrial structure promotes the improvement of ecological environment.Combined with the current situations of various regions can be found,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,especially Tianjin and Hebei,should speed up industrial structure adjustment,contribute to reduce local and regional pollution,improve the quality of ecological environment;due to the concentration of population and the huge production and emission bases of pollutants in Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,further efforts should be made to improve ecological environment.Secondly,the grade of coupling coordination degree between industrial structure and ecological environment has gradually turned from extremely incoordination to the best coordination in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei;Beijing’s ascending velocity of the grade of coupling coordination degree is faster than Tianjin,and Tianjin is faster than Hebei.With the continuous optimization of the industrial structure and the continuous improvement of the ecological environment governance,the benign relationship between industrial structure and ecological environment will be further strengthened in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
