Reasonable for vehicle scheduling,not only speed up the response to customer demand,improve customer satisfaction,also reduce the operating costs of logistics service providers.It has strong practical significance.The traditional vehicle routing problem is only on the premise of to meet customer demand,to consider the transportation cost of vehicle and violation of time Windows penalty cost.It did not consider the customer value's influence on enterprises.And a small number of important customers can create most of the value for the enterprise.Especially,in the era of relationship marketing,customer enterprise has become the most important asset.To grab a bigger profit,the enterprise must consider the customer value.It can bring enterprises focus on maintaining high value on customer relationships.In this paper,application of marketing value model to quantify the value for different customer,the"customer first" modern concept of customer relationship management(CRM)combined with optimization model.To consider customer value and soft time Windows of vehicle routing problem is studied and discussed.This article first expounds the theory of customer value,including the current value and potential value.It gives a concrete measurement model.And it using the current value and potential value of said customer value;Secondly,in view of the traditional vehicle routing problem one-sided emphasis on the deficiencies of the shortest mileage.It introduce the theory of customer value,and according to the size of the customer value to set the customer priority factor,put forward to consider customer value and soft time Windows,the mathematical model of vehicle routing problem.Through the linear weighted customer value maximum and minimum transportation costs both multi-objective model is transformed into single objective model;Again,the simulated annealing algorithm has the advantages of efficient,general,flexible.It using simulated annealing algorithm for the problem of the design;Finally,consider customer value and soft time Windows for distinction of vehicle routing problem and not to consider customer value and soft time Windows of vehicle routing problem is different,both of the results were compared.Found that while consider the transportation cost is higher than the customer value model does not consider the transportation cost of customer value,but the total transportation cost is far lower than the latter.And the former completely satisfied customers than do not consider the customer value model.This shows that the model achieve autonomy to look for a make the lowest overall cost.It including customer value strategy,optimal route.In turn,for high value customers get higher service,make it in the best time to reach,to produce higher customer value,to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the model.
