Research On The Economic Growth Effect Of PPP Investment Based On Regional Difference

In promoting regional economic development and urbanization in our country at present,the demand for infrastructure is increasing.The traditional way of borrowing and raising taxes has brought the huge pressure to government,the traditional investment and financing mode is not suitable.Arouse the enthusiasm of all kinds of investment subject to increase the effective investment,and keep investment,give full play to the key role of investment in economic growth.The PPP is considered to provide financing,solve the inadequate infrastructure,the effective method to increase business opportunities from the private sector.Based on this,this article based on the study of the PPP investment on regional economic growth.This paper firstly combed some theories of literature on the PPP investment and economic growth.Then from the economic growth theory,article studies the PPP relationship between investment and economic growth.Subsequently,we extension the Cobb-Douglas production function model,from empirical analysis of different industry investment,the PPP,the PPP traffic investment effect and difference of regional economic growth in China.Through the analysis of this paper can be concluded that the following basic conclusion: Energy investment is no significant in regional economic growth.Transport investment,social infrastructure investment,and the Non-infrastructure investment there is significant positive correlation of regional economy,and there is a difference in different district of the investment effect.The PPP investment has significantly positive influence economic growth on the east and central of China,but there is no significant correlation in the west region.The PPP traffic investment area has a significant positive effect in the eastern.Because there are not enough samples of middle and western region,cannot be observed its correlation with economic growth.In combination with the results of the two aspects,to guide the reasonable arrangement between the PPP investment in different areas in China to get the biggest investment utility.At the end of this article,we list four targeted suggestions for making use of the PPP investment to promote regional economic development.Make full use of the regional investment difference of different industries,harmonizing regional economic development;Increase investment in the western region the PPP,promote the development;Through the PPP demonstration effect,improve the private capital confidence;Loosen the PPP investment field,the public and private sectors to promote common development;Perfect the risk benefit distribution mechanism,enhance the level of cooperation between the public and private sectors.
