Under the new normal economy in China,China is now in an important period of comprehensive construction and improvement of highway network,efficient integrated transport system construction.The listed company is the product of China's reform of the highway investing and financing management system,represents the development direction of the highway operation enterprise,financing through the capital market to raise funds for highway construction lots,made great contributions to the rapid development of highway construction in china.Taking Xiandai investment joint-stock limited company as an example,this paper describes the financing situation from four aspects of financing environment,financing capacity,financing structure and financing mode,analyzes the financing problem of Xiandai investment joint-stock limited company in development process,mainly capital structure unreasonable,single financing channel,inadequate internal financing capacity,financing talents lack.The reasons are mainly due to the special operation of the industry,the external industry environment,over-reliance on bank loans,and the lack of awareness of new financing methods.According to the financing problems of Xiandai investment,this paper puts forward the following measures:The optimization of capital structure;Broaden financing channels,including speed up the introduction and establishment of special fund,accelerate the PPP model,stabilizing bank loans channel,Moderate use asset securitization,moderately expand the scale of financing lease,timely issuance of convertible company bonds,finance companies use modern financing;To strengthen the internal financing ability,the emphasis is on two aspects of increasing business income and strengthening management,strengthening the cultivation and introduction of financing talents.Through the discussion and research,this paper tries to broaden the financing channels of Expressway construction,adopt diversified financing methods and means,reduce the financing cost,improve the overall financing capacity,explore appropriate financing channels for the development of modern investment,and raise the development need funds faster and lower cost to promote the development.Not only help the development of Xiandai investment,but also give other listed companies some useful enlightenment.
