The Problems And Countermeasures Of Beijing Gas User Service

Gas as an important source of energy for urban residents in the new era,it is an integral part of the social utilities infrastructure.Gas industry in the rapid development at the same time,gas companies are facing severe market pressure,through continuous improvement of customer service quality to promote sustainable development of gas companies.This paper explores the status quo of user service development in foreign gas industry and various theories of other service industries,Combined with the characteristics of Beijing gas industry with the help of questionnaires,user interviews,unannounced visits to the gas business services window and the user request information to visit the above four ways,statistics to calculate the relevant service data.Further analysis of the status quo of Beijing gas business services,problems,work out solutions,hope to improve the overall service level of Beijing Gas Company to help.
