After China joined the WTO,there is more and more fierce competition,forcing enterprises attach importance to internal management,in particular the banking sector.Founded just 30 years as a city commercial bank,NB commercial bank has been successfully listed on an exchange in China,that is developing rapidly in recent years.Now a major issue facing the enterprises is to strengthen the enterprise internal management,and performance appraisal management is now the focus of enterprise internal human resources management work.Therefore,in order to improve enterprise core competitiveness,the view of the enterprise sales staff to establish a high efficient,scientific,reasonable and applicable performance appraisal management system is very important.KPI key performance indicators method is the biggest characteristic that is it can be reflected relatively objective,fair and effective performance of sales staff,KPI performance appraisal system have gradually been used in the domestic and foreign enterprises.In this paper,the NB commercial bank sales staff as the research object,based on the KPI performance appraisal which is based on the theory of the NB commercial bank sales personnel performance appraisal for specific research and analysis.This paper from the general situation of NB commercial bank,performance appraisal management and marketing status and so on,then so forth made simple introduction and careful analysis,find out the NB commercial bank sales staff performance appraisal problems,such as the key index in evaluation lack of comprehensiveness,the use of assessment feedback result is too single,lack of a complete analysis of the follow-up work,etc.So the first job is establishment of NB commercial bank sales staff appraisal target,using scientific interview method to extract of KPI assessment key indicators.In this paper,the NB commercial bank sales staff as the research object,based on the KPI performance appraisal,which is based on the theory of the NB commercial bank sales personnel performance appraisal forspecific research and analysis,according to the results of the questionnaire to set KPI index weights of NB commercial bank performance personnel KPI performance progress review,and the KPI evaluation system implementation in the NB commercial bank sales staff,finally by running the evaluation of the data results of feedback analysis NB commercial bank sales staff based on the research of KPI performance appraisal conclusion.First,based on sales staff assessment system of KPI,it can help enterprises to implement process management.Secondly,the sales staff assessment system based on KPI has significantly improved its focus on assessment completion.Thirdly,the application of KPI based sales staff assessment results,and the standard of human resource management for the construction of future marketing system teams is clarified.The research results of this paper have some reference for the performance appraisal of sales personnel in related companies,but there are also many deficiencies,and they still need to be discussed and repaired in the process of practice.
