The development of O2O(Online to Offline)mode in local life has made crowdsourcing logistics an important way to solve the "last mile" distribution problem.crowdsourcing logistics involves sender,crowdsourcing logistics platform and the contractor.As the bond between the sender and the contractor,crowdsourcing logistics platform plays a key role in the whole crowdsourcing logistics activities.Therefore,the research on it is beneficial to the development of the model of crowdsourcing logistics.The crowdsourcing logistics platform belongs to Two-Sides Markets,and platform pricing is the core issue of Two-Sides Markets research,it is of great value to its research.Therefore,this paper studies the pricing of crowdsourcing logistics platform.The main research work is as follows:(1)Analysis of crowdsourcing logistics Two-Sides Markets characteristics and pricing mode.Review on crowdsourcing mode and pricing of Two-Sides Markets platform.Combined with the cross network externalities and existing models of crowdsourcing logistics,analyze the necessity of pricing of the crowdsourcing logistics platform,and choosing the pricing problem of the platform as the research object of this paper.According to the pricing model of Two-Sides Markets,the crowdsourcing logistics platform is a competitive Two-Sides Markets.(2)Construction and solution of crowdsourcing logistics platform pricing model.By referring to the basic pricing theory in the Two-Sides Markets,introducing the relative quality of the platform and the dynamic pricing coefficient,this paper constructs the theoretical model of vertical difference and competition-based TwoSides Markets of merchant-platform-free courier.Aiming at maximizing the profit of the platform,the equilibrium solution of the pricing of crowdsourcing logistics platforms is solved by reverse induction.(3)Simulation analysis.Based on the analysis that the order quantity is similar to the normal distribution,we select the qualified parameters.Analyzing when the relative quality of the platform and dynamic coefficients are determined,the dynamic coefficient is determined and the relative quality of the platform is changed,the relative quality of the platform is determined and the dynamic coefficient is changed,under these three different conditions,the maximum profit of the platform is changed according to the change of the external network strength,optimal pricing and the optimal order quantity of the platform.In order to test the validity of the model,by introduction of platform relative quality and dynamic coefficient reflects the profit advantage of the platform.(4)Case analysis.According to the order quantity on the market,the relative quality of the two competitive platforms,the price of free courier static orders price and other data,the relevant parameters in the model are obtained by using statistical methods,and the model is applied to specific examples for crowdsourcing logistic platform reasonable pricing provides a reference.
