Study On The Coupling Coordinated Development Of National High-tech Zone And Regional Economic

National high-tech zone is an important carrier of the development of high-technology and its industry,as an important engine of economic transformation and upgrading.It is of great significance to promote the coupling and coordination between the national high tech zone and the regional economy to realize the innovation and development,transformation and upgrading of the regional economy.Therefore,this paper takes the national high-tech zone and the local economy as the research object,clarifies the present situation and influencing factors of the coupling and coordination of the national high-tech zone and regional economy.To provide a countermeasure to optimize the coupling coordination between the national high tech zone and the regional economyand puts forward optimization strategy.Firstly,It analyzes the coupling and coordination mechanism of the national high-tech zone and regional economic from the coordination,interaction and the dynamic mechanism and summarizes the status of coupling coordination.Secondly,This paper constructs the evaluation index system and the coupling and coordination degree model of the national high-tech zone and regional economic,and determines the coupling and coordination degree level on the basis of the comprehensive development evaluation of the national high-tech zone and regional economic.This paper analyzes the sequential characteristics of coupling coordination degree from the perspective of time.It analyzes distribution pattern of coupling and coordination from the spatial perspective.And the coupling coordination degree and development type of visual processing by Arcmap software to ascertain the coupling and coordination degree of different regions and the situation of economic agglomeration.Finally,the panel data of national high-tech zone and regional economic are processed to determine the regression equation which influences the coupling and coordination degree,and how to affect the coupling and coordination.The results show that: National high-tech zone and regional economic coupling and coordination degree fluctuated slowly and steadily,but the overall level is low.There is a large disparity in the level of coupling and coordination degree between different regions and the coupling coordination development level classification has a significant "Pyramid" characteristics.The spatial agglomeration trend of high-tech zone ahead of regional economic development is even more significant.And the factors that affect the coupling coordination degree are: regional industrial structure,regional economic development level,national high-tech zone scientific and technical personnel,high-technology industrialization ability,regional communication environment.
