Shanghai Stocks Through The Trading System Defects And Countermeasures

With the development of the securities market globalization,the official opening of Shanghai and Hong Kong through cross-border securities transactions in China reflects a new step on the Shanghai Stock Exchange,Hong Kong stocks through the trading system not only affects the macro-economic development direction of cross-border securities trading system in China,but also affect the membership for cross-border securities business process in micro.This article is in accordance with the principle of combining theory and practice,using the linkage effect theory,asymmetric information theory,transaction cost theory,effective market theory,F securities company Shanghai Hong Kong stocks through the business as the starting point,combined with domestic and foreign cross-border securities transactions case,carries on the analysis to the Hong Kong Shanghai shares through the trading system.This paper consists of seven chapters,more than 30 thousand words,roughly divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter and the second chapter analysis the concept and theoretical basis,mainly introduces the research background and research methods,and on the Shanghai stocks through the relevant concepts and theoretical basis;the second part is the third chapter and the fourth chapter,through the characteristics of appropriate institutional investors,day trading system,the end of the day to the Shanghai Stock Exchange Trading System Hong Kong stocks through the trading system of Shanghai from Hong Kong stocks through F securities company Shanghai stocks through the operation analysis of Shanghai Stock Exchange of Hong Kong stocks through trading system defects is the main reason based on "local design principle".The third part is the fifth chapter,the sixth chapter and the seventh chapter,through the analysis of the foreign advanced experience of cross-border securities trading mode and Its Enlightenment to China,finally put forward some suggestions to improve the Shanghai stocks through the trading system and prospects for the development of China' s cross-border securities transactions.
