| H Power Company is the benchmark enterprise of the power industry.Under the guidance of the National Grid Company's management innovation construction policy,H Power Company actively builds Operation Monitoring Data Center.This center plays a very important role of monitoring and analyzing the key operation index,important resources and core business on line.It helps H Power Company to improve operational efficiency.However,this Operation Monitoring Data Center stressed on the data application and paid less attention to the data management.Therefore,H Power Company faces many data management problems and then directly affects the analysis and data application.The research in this paper is based on some theories and methods,including the Data Management Maturity model(DMM for short),IBM Data Management Unified Process,Sunil Soares' Big Data Management Framework and Data Management of DAMA.Taking the data management of H Power Company as the research object,this paper studies the company's data management capabilities so as to find a proper solution of big data management in power industry.In this paper,the status quo of data management of H Power Company is described and analyzed,and the main problems and the root causes of the problems are studied.Then,the relevant theories of data management are expounded and they provide the theoretical basis for the solution of H Power Company's data management problems.And then,we put forward the construction of power enterprise big date governance system.It includes establishing specialized organization,sorting out business process and data as well as marking data standards.After that,the implementation principles,methods and steps are described.At the same time,the results are also verified.Finally,this paper makes a relatively complete summary and a proposal of big data management for the power industry,helping it on data application.And this paper lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. |
