Investigation On The Satisfaction Degree Of Rural Land Consolidation In Pingchang County, Sichuan

With the rapid development of rural society and economy,the pace of new rural construction is speeding up,the direction of rural urbanization,land use from decentralization to concentration.In order to ensure the stability of the basic farmland unchanged,only the full use of idle land,improve the comprehensive utilization of land,can alleviate the conflict.The only way to achieve this goal is to implement land consolidation and replace available land.In recent years,Pingchang County intensified the land consolidation project to strive for and implement,and effectively improve farmers ' production and living conditions in the project area to help farmers increase income.However,in the process of the implementation of the rural land consolidation government,there are also many problems,such as the lack of regulation of land consolidation and the lack of economic benefits of land consolidation/the insufficient enthusiasm of farmers.In order to solve the above problems and provide experience enlightenment for other local land consolidation,the author investigates the effect of government work on rural land consolidation in Pingchang County,Sichuan Province,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures.This paper is based on the research on the satisfaction degree of the implementation effect of the rural land consolidation government work in Pingchang County,Sichuan Province,which consists of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the writing,the relevant theories of land consolidation,and the advanced experience,and gives an account of the theoretical research and the logical premise of this thesis.The second chapter is the satisfaction survey design chapter,including the investigation objective/survey hypothesis/The survey method/survey object,as well as the questionnaire validity and the investigation implementation and so on;The third chapter summarizes the questionnaire survey and the visit data of the Pingchang County Rural land consolidation government work,and makes further analysis The fourth chapter obtains the survey result,namely the land reorganizes the implementation process not to standardize/the land reorganization economic efficiency is not high/the land consolidation farmer enthusiasm is not high,then validates the question hypothesis;Chapter fifth mainly from the strict standardization of land consolidation implementation process/multi-channel to improve the economic efficiency of land consolidation/efforts to improve the land consolidation of farmers ' enthusiasm three aspects to improve the rural land consolidation government work effect of the countermeasures and suggestions;chapter sixth,through the study of this article summarized,and put forward the next research hope.
