Abstract?The process of local urbanization has been accelerated since the 18th National Congress.The investment and financing Platform Companies facilitating to provide local government with capital funds for urbanization construction have developed rapidly.As the platform carrier,these companies had made great contributions on local economy development,urbanization and the economic crisis mitigation.Meanwhile,it brought a lot of problems such as unclear of development orientation,too large of debt scale,too weak of financing capabilities,insufficiency of industrial investment and crisis emergence which has serious negative impacts on the important roles they played.Based on the current development trends of investment and financing platform company,City H government made the decision to integrate the investment and financing platform companies.Under this background,this article is to research on the integration model for City H's investment and financing Platform Companies,put forward the general ideas and target to integration,and provide the further proposals for unified monitoring framework,mechanism and operation system designing starting with the nature of local government investment and financing platform and the theory of integrations,referring to the integration models of Chongqing and Xiangtan Cities'investment and financing platform company,reviewing the generation and development experiences of Investment and financing platform companies in City H and analyzing the major problems of their situation in City H.
