Research On The Construction And Application Of Audit Organization To Promote The Cloud Audit Platform

Government audit is an important part of the national political system and one of the supervisory control systems of state governance.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has put forward higher tasks in the direction of the new phase of government audit.However,with more and more audit supervision tasks and more and more work pressure,the traditional computer audit methods have been difficult to meet the requirements of full audit supervision.However,adopt cloud computing approach to government audit in order to solve the above problem provides a new idea.Based on it,this paper takes the cloud audit platform as the research object,and based on the theories of system theory and synergy theory,puts forward the construction ideas and assumptions for the cloud audit platform with reference to "Alibaba Cloud".Taking the Audit Office of X Province as an example,Platform application process research and analysis,and put forward the relevant attention points.The research method is mainly based on normative research,supplemented by case analysis.Based on the existing theory and theory,the paper puts forward a set of feasible cloud audit platform construction plan,and makes a systematic study on the main process of platform application combined with the case elaborate and hope to provide some ideas for the further development of cloud audit in our country's government audit work.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part introduces the research background,the significance of the research,the literature review and the framework of thinking.The second part defines the concept of cloud computing and data mining systematically,and systematically elaborates the theoretical basis of system theory and synergies.The third part analyzes the current audit informationization operation mode and obtains its limitations.The fourth part introduces the principle of cloud auditing,combined with the actual work situation,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building a cloud audit platform.Then,based on the construction goal and principle of cloud audit platform,reference "Alibaba cloud" model,propose ideas for the specific construction of the cloud audit platform.The fifth part is based on the audit department of X as an example to illustrate the application of the cloud audit platform and analyzes the effect of the application of the cloud audit platform.The sixth part points out the actual situation of cloud audit platform worth noting in practical applications and make some recommendations.The seventh part summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of the development of cloud audit platform.
