Research On Financial Strategy Under The O2O Transformation Of Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprise

The 21st century is the age of Internet domination,the development of"Internet+" model has brought a huge impact and opportunity to the traditional medicine circulation industry.The internet is closed integrated with traditional industries.This is not only creates diversification,steady development,conditions and opportunities for industry itself transformation,,but also promotes the relevant industry forward.In the context of the rapid growth of Internet technology,traditional pharmaceutical circulation enterprises can not obtain more market share through low price and large volume,so have started to upgrade to the business model to seize more market share and get rid of the decline in performance of the crisis.Business models as the important content of enterprise overall strategy,business model changes with the overall strategy of the enterprise.However,as an important part of the overall strategy of enterprises,financial strategy plays an important role in the fund-raising,application and distribution of enterprise funds and plays a decisive role in the transformation of enterprises.It is directly related to whether the enterprise can successfully realize the transformation and upgrading of the business model.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the financial strategy in process of transformation of traditional pharmaceutical circulation industry business model.This article uses the case analysis method,selecting the private enterprises in the pharmaceutical circulation industry as an example,and analyze the financial strategies of the transformation 020 business model.Through the case study of Jiuzhoutong pharmaceutical group,it was found that after the transformation,the overall profitability and development capacity of the enterprises were improved,but the cost and cost increased in the transition process,and the financial risks were also raised,but met the expectations.Overall,the transformation of enterprise 020 model was very successful,financial strategy also has played a very good supporting effect.It is hoped that through the study of jiuzhou tong,it can provide decision-making reference for other enterprises of the same industry in the selection and implementation of financial strategies in the transformation of 020 model.In this paper,we first comb the literature about the transformation 020 model and the financial strategy in the transformation of enterprises.Then,based on the theory of enterprise transformation,analysis theoretically the relationship between enterprise transformation and financial strategy.Secondly,analysis the necessity of the transformation of traditional medicine circulation enterprises 020 business model as well as the need to implement the transformation of the measures,and puts forward the financial strategy should be how to deal with.And then,combining with the case of Jiuzhoutong pharmaceutical group,the necessity of transformation 020 business model is discovered on the basis of studying its external environment and internal environment.In the end,based on the financial strategy analysis,from the strategic financing strategy,investment strategy and the distribution of the profits of these three aspects to study how the financial strategy supports its transformation in the process of the transformation of jiuzhoutong,and analyzes the effects of financial strategy implementation to draw relevant conclusions and implications.This paper aims to study the financial strategies in the process of the transformation 020 business model of traditional medicine circulation industry,and to make reference to the development and implementation of the financial strategy in the transformation of other enterprises in traditional medicine circulation industry to the 020 business model,and promote the successful transformation and upgrading of more enterprises.
